We understand that travel plans may change. Our policy is as follows:
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 3–6 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
